HSA queue file structure reorganization (#136)
* Update lib/rocprofiler/hsa/queue.* - split AQLPacket, QueueController into their own headers and impls - added some aliases to queue-related classes to get data on single line - added default initializers for class member variables * Update source/lib/rocprofiler includes after hsa queue reorg
