SWDEV-461794 Fix Unit_hipMemcpyAsync_Positive_Synchronization_Behavior

- Fixed wrong assumptions in the test:
   - Pinned Host memory to Pinned Host memory is async (before:sync)
   - Pinned Host memory to Device is async (before:sync)
