* Dyninst fix for BinaryEdit::getResolvedLibraryPath

- parsing of /sbin/ldconfig -p did not handle "Cache generated by: ..." line in Ubuntu 22.04

* Update ubuntu-focal-codecov workflow

- install texinfo
- set MPI_HEADERS_ALLOW_MPICH=ON
