Renamed APIs

amdsmi_dev_get_gpu_ecc_status -> amdsmi_get_gpu_ecc_status
amdsmi_dev_get_gpu_ecc_enabled -> amdsmi_get_gpu_ecc_enabled
amdsmi_dev_get_gpu_ecc_count -> amdsmi_get_gpu_ecc_count
