- remove duplication in rocprofiler_callback_tracing_code_object_load_data_t

- create common.hpp
- update registration.cpp to use common.hpp

* [CP] Add lib/common/logging.{hpp,cpp}

- generic init_logging function

* [CP] Update lib/rocprofiler-sdk/hsa/async_copy.cpp

- remove excess logging

* [CP] Update lib/rocprofiler-sdk/registration.cpp

- use common::init_logging(...)
