Python noprofile (#138)

* Fixed noprofile / FakeProfiler

- omnitrace.libpyomnitrace.profiler.profiler_pause()
- omnitrace.libpyomnitrace.profiler.profiler_resume()

* Python tests for noprofile

* Remove static imported module
