Removed backwards compatibility for jpeg_activity/vcn_activity (#357)

Updated:
- Removed backwards compatibility for jpeg_activity/vcn_activity
- On supported ASICs users can use XCP (partition) stat values:
  jpeg_busy and vcn_busy
