* Improve locating ROCP_METRICS
- moved common::path to common/path.hpp
- added more functionality to common::path
- common::path::exists now returns true for directories
- check for metrics.xml and gfx_metrics.xml before setting ROCP_METRICS
- throw error if path for ROCP_METRICS is cannot be explicitly determined
* Fix roctxRangePop handling
- message is nullptr -> keep thread-local stack
