Removing this definition as this should already be defined by compiler.
This is causing compile errors on newer versions of llvm because the
macro is being redefined.

Adding support for gfx941 and gfx942 ISAs.
gfx940 ISA will use sc0:1 sc1:1 on load/store operations
gfx942 ISA will use default load/store operations

Temporarily force rocrtsts to use Code Object V4 while compiler team is
about to switch the default Code Object to V5. Will switch back to using
default compiler setting once everything is tested/fixed.

Disable automatic dependency detection when generating rocrtst RPMs.
This was adding unnecessary dependency on libhwloc, which is now
provided with the rocrtst package.
This matches behavior for DEB packages where there is no dependency
list for rocrtst.

Some distros do not provide the proper hwloc version for rocrtst.
This packages the required version.

Add missing target names and make all parts consistent with which
targets are supported.
- Add gfx805 as a supported target.
- Add all ELF targets to genric code.
- Make offline loader match supported targets.

Fix for issue where rocrtst could not be built if out directory
was outside the src (WORK_ROOT) directory due to hard-coded
relative path for OPENCL_INC_DIR.
