Aditya Atluri b1eca6c855 added nvcc backend for hipArrays 
1. Added hip_texture.h to hip_runtime_api.h as cuda does declare array runtime apis inside cuda_runtime_api.h
2. Added nvcc backend for hipArray runtime apis
3. Didn't test on nvidia platform (should work)

Place _groupSegmentSize and _privateSegmentSize inside Function,
remove hsa_executable_symbol_t.

Ben Sander 4d29885be3 Refactor Module and Function APIs. 
- hipFunction_t is now returned by value.  This eliminates dynamic
      allocation / memory management complexity in the module.  Removed
the kernel
      name so the structure is just 16 bytes now.

    - Moved the hsa_executable_load_module and hsa_executable_freeze
      calls to the hipModuleLoad and hipModuleLoadData calls.

    - Apply sharedMemBytes in hipModuleLaunchKernel to group segment
      size (not private).

Aditya Atluri afaa5fcf96 Fixed hipDeviceGetCacheConfig on nvcc path 
1. Changed test macro to emit line numbers
2. Added getcacheconfig api test for nvcc path
3. Fixed hipFuncCache_t data type

TODO: With this commit, right now there are 2 func cache datatypes
a. hipFuncCache_t for runtime API
b. hipFuncCache for driver API

Map these to a single data type

Aditya Atluri 62ec53740c Added hipDeviceGetLimit api 
1. hipDeviceGetLimit API for HCC path is added
2. Test for hipDeviceGetLimit API is added
3. The feature added only supports querying heap size
4. Corrected indents for malloc and free device functions
