Oak Zeng 6c760dcb74 Move m_Type to a local variable 
BaseQueue class has a member function GetQueueType so m_Type
is duplicated.  m_Type is only used in one function. Move it to
a local variable.

xinhui pan 718af9febc kfdtest: Add event-based synchronization mechanism to queues 
Wait4PacketConsumption now can accept an event to wait all packets subbmitted
to be processed.

Kent Russell e50ef7ad47 kfdtest: Consolidate indentation of multi-line function calls
