Prevent initialization failures in certain configurations when attempting
to load fp8-specific symmetric multicast kernels on GPUs older than
Blackwell.

architectures as None

to enable KFD_VIRTIO dirver for CPU and GPU agent here.

with AMD GPUs via VirtIO.
