Option -o-dir for output directory:
+ if not specified source file(s) directory is used;
+ creates the directory if the directory doesn't exist (only one level in a tree);
+ if -o and -o-dir both are specified the hipified file is placed to "-o-dir" + "-o";

The logic to parse the kernel metadata is unaware that enabling
of early finalization could result in multiple code blobs in a
single .kernel section. This teaches the HIP runtime to handle
that.
