SWDEV-107226 - [SDI] SDISpeedTest Corruption for OCL GPU to SDI RGBA
	- Single step copy using SDMA to remote SDI buffer seems to be causing corruption. This fix is a workaround to do transfer via a staging buffer and seems to be fixing corruption. The issue is under investigation

Aditya Atluri b3c16ea7b5 Fixed hipDeviceGetCacheConfig on nvcc path 
1. Changed test macro to emit line numbers
2. Added getcacheconfig api test for nvcc path
3. Fixed hipFuncCache_t data type

TODO: With this commit, right now there are 2 func cache datatypes
a. hipFuncCache_t for runtime API
b. hipFuncCache for driver API

Map these to a single data type

SWDEV-104624 - [OCL] Constant explorer.exe crash/reload occurs intermittently after driver uninstall and reinstall of WU driver
	Add a check before Runtime::init to gracefully exit the platform discovery routine if the platform is known to fail. The condition is If absolute path of the module is found in the registry (DriverStore path), and the DLL name is also found in the registry, and the same DLL is found in the System directory, then return 0 platform count.

SWDEV-105136 - Use the "execution" view rather than the "linking" view to find the metadata and size of the program scope variables.In the "execution" view, the section header table is optional, so we should iterate through the segments to add up the size of PT_LOAD segments with read but not execute flags. We will also find the metadata in the PT_NOTE segment.
