Omniperf analyze expects the accumulate files to be in SQ_*.csv files.
Since these files also contain PMC counters (we are trying to
fit as many counters into each file as possible to minimize runs),
we need to include these SQ_*.csv files in pmc_perf.csv.

Exclude -o option when invoking rocprof so that each rocprof process

Currently, the only error type is HSA_AMD_MEMORY_ERROR_MEMORY_IN_USE,
which happens when a user application incorrectly tries to free memory
that is currently being used by underlying device hardware.

In order to check partition id's we must continue to check # of devices.
Since this fluctuates with partition updates
and there are drm minor limitations.
For the drm minor limitation of 64, user must remove other drivers
using PCIe space. You can see these by:
ls /sys/class/drm
Recommend: rmmod unneeded driver and reload amdgpu. In order to
ensure CPX can enumerate with all XCP (Graphic Cluster Partitions).
