* Cleaning up some BUILD_<dep> config variables
The `ROCPROFSYS_BUILD_<dep>` settings were being translated to `BUILD_<dep>` for the old Dyninst dependencies.
Remove this extra layer
Add `rocprofiler_systems_add_option` for the `ROCPROFSYS_BUILD_<dep>` options, so there is a better description in the in the CMakeCache.

- Integrate rocprofiler-systems with rocprofiler-sdk-rocpd to fetch schema
- If rocprofiler-sdk-rocpd is not availabe, use embedded schema files. With this we provide rocpd format support even if ROCm is not available
- Include detection in CMake if rocprofiler-sdk-rocpd package is available (and valid), and build database class upon that
- Update embedded schema that is used as a fallback.
- Update some validation tests to account for schema changes.
* Rename "corr_id" to "stack_id" in Perfetto annotations to match new naming in schema.

- On some hosts the wget can finish too soon and PAPI doesn't catch even a single network event.
- On some hosts, there are multiple default NICs and the scripts didn't work in that case.
- The test script was writing the output of wget to /tmp directory, which causes a problem if another user tries to run the same test. Because the output file with the same name already exists in the same directory, but with a different owner, the test fails

This PR fixes a segmentation fault seen when running rocprof-sys-sample with multi-process OpenMP/HIP applications.
The crash was caused by missing libomptarget.so on the runtime loader path or incorrect LD_PRELOAD settings.
