Async memory copy tracing (#317)
* Update samples/api_buffered_tracing/client.cpp
- support ROCPROFILER_BUFFER_TRACING_MEMORY_COPY
* Update include/rocprofiler-sdk/{buffer_tracing,fwd}.h
