   (remove hipEventDisableSystemRelease)

Update test for new functionality.

Ben Sander 75f691ec2f Add hipHostMallocCoherent, hipHostMallocNonCoherent 
Provide per-allocation control over coherent/non-coherent mem.
These overrid the default HIP_COHERENT_HOST_ALLOC setting.

1.	Do not use JIT options on HCC path, call hipModuleLoadData instead.
2.	NVCC path is unchanged, to call cuModuleLoadDataEx with all options.
3.	Get rid of manual hipification, based on #ifdef #else for NVCC/HIP.
4.	Update documentation accordingly.

P.S.
"The types CUstream and cudaStream_t are identical and may be used interchangeably", thus explicit c-like type cast is not needed, aka CUstream(stream).

Aditya Atluri b1eca6c855 added nvcc backend for hipArrays 
1. Added hip_texture.h to hip_runtime_api.h as cuda does declare array runtime apis inside cuda_runtime_api.h
2. Added nvcc backend for hipArray runtime apis
3. Didn't test on nvidia platform (should work)

Aditya Atluri afaa5fcf96 Fixed hipDeviceGetCacheConfig on nvcc path 
1. Changed test macro to emit line numbers
2. Added getcacheconfig api test for nvcc path
3. Fixed hipFuncCache_t data type

TODO: With this commit, right now there are 2 func cache datatypes
a. hipFuncCache_t for runtime API
b. hipFuncCache for driver API

Map these to a single data type
