Amber Lin 00e295eff3 Add IOMMU to performance counter table 
Add IOMMUv2 to blocks returned by hsaKmtPmcGetCounterProperties(). IOMMU
information is read from sysfs.

Amber Lin 67049d7175 Replace spaces with tabs 
Thunk follows Linux kernel coding convention to use tabs instead of
spaces.
