- Fixes issue where types defined inside of a union were being skipped
for ostream operator generation
- Also fixes issue where these types were not correctly defined in the
resulting operators' parameters
- Fixes edge case where types with "union" in their name were being
skipped as if they were union types

We must be in protected way to get last command when calling

possibly destroyed.

If graph has multiple branches, End command is enqueued on launch stream which
makes sure all the internal parallel streams are finsihed.
When node is removed from the graph, indegree and outdegree are not getting update correctly for parent, child nodes and
resulting in endNode not having deps on parallel commands. Resulting in graph sync issues.

* Build omnitrace-rt library
- Explicitly build dyninstAPI_RT as omnitrace-rt so that the SONAME in the ELF is omnitrace-rt instead of dyninstAPI_RT
- Create symbolic link lib/omnitrace/libdyninstAPI_RT.so which points to lib/libomnitrace-rt.so
- Simplify build tree location of libomnitrace-rt.so since it is ../lib from the bin directory even in the build tree
- Update dyninst submodule with minor tweaks to dyninstAPI_RT/CMakeLists.txt
* Update source/lib/omnitrace-rt/cmake/platform.cmake
* Use ftpmirror.gnu.org instead of ftp.gnu.org

Resolved an issue where a freed virtual buffer was incorrectly
added to the global mapping causing an assertion error during
teardown process.

RAS plugin loaded rocm-smi which is in conflict with amd-smi library
Main source of grief was the map 'devInfoTypesStrings' that is defined
in both rocm-smi and amd-smi
We assume that rocm-smi would get lazy-loaded by RAS library and
overwrite symbols defined in amd-smi. devInfoTypesStrings in rocm-smi
contains different number of elements, the enums are also different.
RDC relies on amd-smi's enums.
One such enum is kDevGpuMetrics:
rocm-smi: kDevGpuMetrics = 68
amd-smi: kDevGpuMetrics = 75
