Allow for /usr/bin/hipcc to be a symlink

SWDEV-267206
If /usr/bin/hipcc is a symlink then resolve it first, and then find
the resulting directory rather than resolving /usr/bin.

More recent llvm-objdump has changed disassemble and mcpu arguments to require double dashes.
