Nathan Luehr 16379ec27b Added NCCL error checking to tests.

Sylvain Jeaugey 42c3edc35a Moved tests to separate dir and improved MPI test 
test sources moved to test/ directory.
MPI test displays PASS/FAIL and returns code accordingly.
