Were not handling the case where the eval result is None e.g. some
columns have a peak value, but it is unused, so we use 'None', which
evaluates to the None object.
Return empty string in this case.

* rocprof-compute: Default roofline to GPU 0
Previously was running the roofline test on ALL GPUs but only
selecting the first entry in the roofline.csv. So even in default
ALL case, GPU 0 was selected.

* Add note about roof-only usage checking for existing profiling files in the dir. If roof-only is not provided, rocprof-compute currently assumes it has to profile in full regardless. Will look into this another day.
