Chris Freehill	7cf47fb5c9	Add to/correct handling of RDC_EVNT_XGMI_*_THRPUT events RDC_EVNT_XGMI_[2-5]_THRPUT were missing from RDC. The new raslib fields are added to RDC for dmon.
