ROCm Data Center (RDC) tool documentation

The ROCm Data Center tool (RDC) simplifies the administration of, and addresses key infrastructure challenges in AMD GPUs in cluster and datacenter environments. The main features are of RDC include:

* Integration with third-party tools
* Open source
