- Implement basic test cases for channel descriptor API
- Fix indentation
- Refactor channel descriptor tests
- Extend the list of FormatNone types
- Implement unit test for 16-Bit Floating-Point channel descriptor
- Regroup vector types and basic types within test cases
- Add builtin types to the size/kind calculation
- Uncomment mistakenly commented tests
