EPR #420584 - [CQE OCL][ISV][QR][SI] FAHBenchmark application is crashing on all SI cards.

	Wave limiter causes FAH crash on SI. Disable wave limiter for SI as a workaround.

	Opened bug #10817 to track this issue.
