David Galiffi d07bf508a9 Rename Omnitrace to ROCm Systems Profiler (#4)
The Omnitrace program is being renamed. 

Full name: "ROCm Systems Profiler"
Package name: "rocprofiler-systems"
Binary / Library names: "rocprof-sys-*"
