* rocprof-compute: Default roofline to GPU 0

Previously was running the roofline test on ALL GPUs but only
selecting the first entry in the roofline.csv. So even in default
ALL case, GPU 0 was selected.

* Update CHANGELOG.MD

* Use better wording in changelog entry
