Philip Yang e826288132 kfdtest: fix KFDIPCTest on gfx1xxx ...

hsaKmtAllocMemory with mflags.HostAccess=1 will fail on desktop gfx1xxx GPU
because it's small bar PCIe. Remove this flag.

Child process exit status should use current_test_info, not unit test
info.
