* critical trace updates
- better handling of OMNITRACE_USE_PERFETTO in omnitrace-critical-trace exe
- changed some data types in `critical_trace::entry`
- added device ids to critical trace entries
- added process ids to critical trace entries
- added packing to critical trace entries
