- __libc_start_main in libomnitrace-dl wasn't wrapping bc of -fvisibility=hidden
- fix OMNITRACE_STRIP_TARGET
- omnitrace_reset_preload function in main library
- defer removing libomnitrace from LD_PRELOAD
