Use GNUInstallDirs variables to determine the location of LIBDIR, BINDIR, INCLUDEDIR, DOCDIR Note that CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR is overriden, since the default for RHEL is lib64, but ROCm packaging wants it to be lib always.
