Evgeny Mankov 5f4dd24454 clang-hipify: add Replacement Excludes ...

Excludes are not replaced, for instance, CHECK_CUDA_ERROR and CUDA_SAFE_CALL.
Add check for excludes in MacroExpands and CallExpr routines.
