swdev-284841 : roc-obj-extract URI handling - The size fragment is optional and defaults to the rest of the file. - The size and offset are allowed in either order. The curent Perl is assuming the order and not checking the actual key value. - Should allow other fragments to be present and ignored. - Also suggest stating that the URI needs to be quoted if used in a shell command due to the "&". swdev-313410: roc-obj-ls/roc-obj are not working as epxected for some cases Change-Id: Iefd805c20a8dc525a8ea4a076d63e62eb631ffb3
