Please build/install ROCclr first.

Building OpenCL

cd $OPENCL_DIR

mkdir -p build; cd build

cmake -DVDI_DIR="$VDI_DIR" -DLIBVDI_STATIC_DIR="$VDI_DIR/build" ..

make
