SWDEV-157321 - Mesa interop interface update. Interop in/out structs and header updated to match version at git://anongit.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa Mostly minor changes, cleans up include structure avoiding GLX on Windows. Larger change is version tracking (now by numbers rather than struct size), added a field to mesa_glinterop_export_out giving the size of data written to out_driver_data, and corrected spelling of mesa_glinterop_export_out::internal_format.
