SWDEV-120180 - [amdgpu-pro] OpenCL support for SSG
	- Add initial support of DGMA memory under ROCr backend.
	 - The implementation requires amdgpu-pro stack initialization and memory allocation.
	 - An interop with HSA device is created for ROCr access
