ECR #304775 - Fix offline compilation for Hawaii with -cl-fp32-correctly-rounded-divide-sqrt flag - check for cl-fp32-correctly-rounded-divide-sqrt support uses device info, but device info was never fully updated for offline devices. This change will update device info structure for offline devices as well.
