* Test fix for AQLProfile changes
AQL profile recently changed where the ordering
of packets now needs to be read then stop (instead
of stop and read previously). This change supports
the newer model.
* Update source/lib/rocprofiler-sdk/counters/dispatch_handlers.cpp
