Temporary solution until CQE can update how their containers are ran.
This is because the driver reload requires:
1) Containers must run serially
(i.e. no parallel containers running at the same time)
2) Containers must run with extra parameters:
`--cap-add=SYS_ADMIN -v /lib/modules:/lib/modules`
