* Update workflows for building testing in pipeline: rhel8 now tests rhel8 and 9, and for both rhel and ubuntu files we are using the same image as rocprofiler-systems which is consistently updated on docker hub. --------- Signed-off-by: Carrie Fallows <Carrie.Fallows@amd.com>
