- Tidy up hipUserObjectCreate tests
- Tidy up hipUserObjectRelease tests
- Tidy up hipUserObjectRetain tests
- Tidy up hipGraphReleaseUserObject tests
- Tidy up hipGraphRetainUserObject tests
- Separate tests into multiple files.
