    + All the Modules are supported now:
	1) 4.1 – 4.31 from CUDA 8.0.61 Driver API
	2) CUDA_Driver_API_functions_supported_by_HIP.md updated accordingly
	3) 4.1 – 4.31 from CUDA 8.0.61 Runtime API
	4) CUDA_Runtime_API_functions_supported_by_HIP.md updated accordingly
    + Typos fixing
    + Annotating
