SWDEV-457316 - Disable tests temporarily.

I40459e66d7dd84f3b5298617990313b41458c804 exposes a bug in these test cases.
Disable tests temporarily in order to merge the CLR change.
Once CLR change lands, these tests will be enabled back with fix.
