SWDEV-467069 - Added safety check in activity prof for accumulate command
...
Adding a safety check prevents an invalid memory access
if timestamps and kernelNames vectors are of different size.
The patch also moves the addKernelNames for the accumulate command
into dispatchAqlPacket function.

SWDEV-467069 - Added safety check in activity prof for accumulate command

Adding a safety check prevents an invalid memory access
if timestamps and kernelNames vectors are of different size.
The patch also moves the addKernelNames for the accumulate command
into dispatchAqlPacket function.

After compiler change atomic_compare_exchange{weak,strong} now checks the failure memory order
as well as the success memory order. As a result there is additional warnings from RTC compilation.
Modified Unit_AtomicBuiltins_Negative_Parameters_RTC unit test to reflect that.
