-  Added kernelVerbose flag in profile_group
-  Added KernelVerbose flag in analyze_group
-  Analyze replaces csv with shortened/demangled name
-  csv_converter uses llvm-cxxfilt

Karl W. Schulz 4fbe1891f3 updated version query to also include git version info. Delineate 
between development mode (git clone) and release version where the git
sha is stored in top-level VERSION.sha file. Closes #20.
