* kfdtest: Replace pthread with std::thread
Modify concurrent kfdtest to use std::thread
instead of pthread, eventually modify KFDTestLaunch
to take in a member function of test instance
instead of static function.
Convert KFDQMTest to pass in member function for
multi-gpu kfdtest.

multi-gpu kfdtest.
* kfdtest: Remove pthread multigpu test structure
Remove older multi-gpu test framework which
uses pthread.
The parent process can only be ptraced by 1 process
once, to avoid the error we have to add mutex to
synchronize the ptrace call.

When using total system memory to test on some motherboard,
the test take very long time, witch looks like system Hang.

[ROCm/ROCR-Runtime commit: 8c35523225]
The issue arises in the CatchSignal function, which attempts to write to
the standard error stream upon receiving a signal. However, the standard
error stream may already be locked at this point, as the parent process
also attempts to write to the standard error stream after mapping the GPU
memory. This leads to a deadlock, with the program waiting for the
release of the lock on the standard error stream.

[ROCm/ROCR-Runtime commit: c8031f2a69]
To support fully-static library ROCm builds, ensure that all global
symbols are prefixed with something meaningful to avoid collisions with
other libraries
A script was made using" objdump -C -t" to get a list of symbols,
then checking if the global symbols have a meaningful prefix (for thunk:
hsakmt or kmt in various cases)
