Saleel Kudchadker 890399a7cf rocr: Skip uSleep for non-interrupt signals
- When waiting on non-interrupt signals, do not uSleep. This causes
regressions compared to interrupt signal usage.
- Cleanup code.

Tony Gutierrez 8a38f121ea rocr: Add WaitMultiple to core Signal
Replaces WaitAny with WaitMultiple to more closely align with the
underlying driver API for waiting on multiple events.

WaitMultiple adds a single parameter, wait_on_all, to the WaitAny
interface providing a single function for waiting on multiple
events when we only need AND and OR semantics for the signal
checking logic.

German Andryeyev 0fc7369ba5 rocr: Disable WaitAny() in AsyncEventsLoop()
- Add the new path to avoid WaitAny() calls in AsyncEventsLoopp() with
HSA_WAIT_ANY_DEBUG key. The new path is selected by default.
The optimizaiton combines all logic of WaitAny() in a single processing loop
and avoids extra memory allocations or ref counting. Also it won't spin
on the CPU if all events are busy.

David Yat Sin 88eaa834d0 Separate AsyncEventsLoop into two separate threads
This fixes an issue for missing HW events when out of HW events.

We cannot determine whether a HW event has occurred unless we call the
underlying drivers with hsaKmtWaitOnMultipleEvents_Ext. Previous logic
in Signal::WaitAny would switch to ACTIVE_WAIT state if we run out of
hardware events (signal->EopEvent() == NULL) and this would cause the
hsaKmtWaitOnMultipleEvents_Ext call to be skipped. But also, when we
have some signals without hardware events, calling
hsaKmtWaitOnMultipleEvents_Ext with a timeout of 0 so that we can poll
for remaining signals adds overhead with an IOCTL call and may cause
extra delay. Separating AsyncEventLoop into two separate threads so
that:

1. We can have a new Signal::WaitAnyExceptions to wait for HW events
This function can be simpler as it does not have to perform all the
timer calculations because it is expected to be always waiting on
hsaKmtWaitOnMultipleEvents_Ext through the lifetime of a process.

2. Signal::WaitAny does not need to have extra code to check for HW
exceptions as it only needs to handle HSA_EVENTTYPE_SIGNAL events. It
can also skip the calls to hsaKmtWaitOnMultipleEvents_Ext if needed.

Shweta Khatri 244ad319ac Revert "Use HybridMutex for IPC locks"
This reverts commit 5c520f4544c654e5f18e05cabd1c63d64473cfab.

Reason for revert: This patch is introducing a synchronization related bug in Unit_hipGetSetDevice_MultiThreaded testcase.

David Yat Sin 9a127193a8 Pre-allocate memory for 16K signals
On busy systems, the memory allocation can take long duration and
increase calls to hsa_signal_create/hsa_amd_signal_create. This
mitigates this issue.

Sean Keely ec5ac95dce Remove sdma ts pool.
sdma end ts must be 256 bit aligned in oss 3.0 and prior. Using
the ts pool requires copying into the signal and is a significant
performance penalty for small copies.

SharedSignal is 128 bytes due to alignment so can host the end ts.
Move sdma end ts into SharedSignal and remove ts pool and ts copy.
