mask information is maintained in Thunk, and others (queue detail error
and queue type extended) are ignored (value = 0) at this point.

For items in HsaQueueInfo, control stack information comes from KFD, CU
mask information is maintained in Thunk, and others (queue detail error
and queue type extended) are ignored (value = 0) at this point.
